I really was hoping to love these the way I loved my Jabra Evole 75 UC. But, the on/off button is also the pairing button. I will often end up sticking it in pairing mode when just trying to turn the headset off. Second annoyance, when I have the mic up and the headset hears a noise, it will say "put your microphone down to unmute" It will say it REPEATEDLY until you do lower the mic and put it back up. That sucks if you are trying to listen to the meeting, but have a cough. You can miss what the presenter is saying. Otherwise love the ability to fold so compactly. Sound quality and noise-cancelling are stellar. Last neutral but needed comment, the space to hold the dongle in the case is sized for a USB-A dongle. This has a USB-C dongle.
