A: Hi Taniaa, Thanks for asking! We recommend Intense Therapy Lip Balm SPF 25 for daytime use due to the SPF in the formula, but you can definitely use NightMode during the daytime as well.

Perfect for Dry Lips
I found out about this product with a free gift with purchase and noticed how just the small amount worked wonders on mine and my daughter's lips. I decided to purchase one for her and myself and I'm glad I did. Her lips are finally normal, healthy.

I originally received the overnight sample and really loved it despite the smell. it was very moisturizing. I have since invested in buying the regular ones as well which have pleasant smells, but aren't as intensive as the overnight. I make sure my kids use them when they get chapped lips and my husband also really enjoys them as well. We took a trip to Colorado and his lips cracked badly I told him to put my balm on a few hours later they were already healing. I have my supply stocked up for different purses and to give to my family whe. they run out.

Balm great, Night time tube not good
I've bought Jack Black lip balms for several years. I usually have to buy from the U beauty store or Jack Black's website, so I was untethered that I could get this duo from Target. The Nighttime tube is no good. I used it for two weeks every night to give it a good chance but it was terrible. I thought that maybe I didn't need spf at night so the nighttime tube would be a good idea. Lips got chapped. Stick with the regular balm in the blue tube! Pineapple mint is a fav. Wish Target would carry the other flavors.

So far my favorite lip balms
The Jack Black lip balms in these tubes are the best I have found so far that are protecting and moisturizing, with long lasting power (easily overnight) and SPF. I prefer unflavored/unfragranced skincare/lip products, but what are you gonna do -- almost all brands add flavor. The Jack Black tubes do come in OK flavors, and I haven't found them to irritate my lips ever. I definitely feel like their thick, protective, moisturizing texture is better than just petroleum jelly (Vaseline) and this stuff does repair dry/tight/damaged/flaking lips -- if you put it on once to flaking lips, the problem will be gone that day and your lips will be back to normal. I had high hopes for the unscented night-time tube, but it unfortunately does have some slight industrial ingredient-like flavor/smell. I'll totally use it, and I DO understand that raw ingredients do have a smell/taste without masking fragrances, so I just think of it that way -- that it is healthier not to have prettier smell or taste. I will keep buying this set.

Yes to the balm, no to the overnight
Regular jack black lip balms are literally the best. Thick but not sticky, hydrates super well, has spf, doesn’t make your lips overly shiny. But the honey overnight balm is very different and not worth the price. Somehow when I use it my lips end up more dried out than not using anything. Just stick with the individual original lip balms 👌🏻

Amazing product
A few years ago I tried the Milk Makeup Kush lip balm, which helped my lips tremendously and became my holy grail/go-to lip product. Unfortunately, they had been discontinued and about a year ago I used up my last tube. I've been searching and trying to find lip balms that are similar to it but I wasn't able to find one that really helped moisturize my lips until now! I read another review that recommended this for those who were searching for a Kush Lip Balm dupe. I was a bit skeptical but that quickly faded. The morning after I first used the lip treatment I noticed my lips were not chapped at all, which was a first (I always woke up with chapped lips NO MATTER what I did the night before). I proceeded to use the lip balm, which I will say has a tingle to it (I like it) and to my surprise, I noticed that my lips stayed chapped-free ALL DAY. I've been using this set daily for a few weeks and I cannot recall the last time I had chapped lips. Even throughout the day, I notice that my lips stay hydrated and soft. I highly recommend this to anyone who has chapped lips/struggles with chapped lips.

Night balm caused allergic reaction
The night balm felt off almost immediately- super thick and made my lips tingle. I wiped some off and went to bed. Woke up with swollen, tingly lips that turned into crusty little blisters. Very painful, dry, flaky and embarrasing to deal with for 1 week.

I really like this set! The nighttime lip balm was my favorite and it really moisturized my lips! The daytime lip balm was a bit of a shock to me at first because of the added mint ingredient! It made my lips tingle (I was worried at first that this would cause me an adverse effect but the tingling feeling eventually went away) but overall I liked it. I saw that jack black also makes a shea butter daytime lip balm that I would like to try after this one.

My holy grail of lip balm
I have chronically dry, peeling lips. I have tried every balm/ trick out there. Someone recommended this to me and I was very skeptical, but I decided to give it a shot and I'm so glad I did. My lips are moisturized all day and night. I wake up and theyre still SO soft. I recommend this to any girl who will listen. If you have dry peeling lips, try it!!

Okay so I suffer from extremely dry lips and always have. I also dont drink as much water as i should so my lips suffer.I've bought the blue one before and it works but the lip treatment has been a miracle worker.I use it before i go to sleep and I wake up with the softest plump lips .I also use it during the day most of the time and i dont have to reapply for HOURS. Pls never stop making the lip treatment

The balm itself is great but the tube will split or crack if you keep it in your pocket especially if you work in manual labor.
