I have been on an AIP/paleo diet which was very restrictive for months. It was nearly impossible to find any kind of snacks that I could eat without causing more inflammation. These chips are just sweet potatoes, salt, and avocado oil. No other ingredients, no seed oils, no preservatives, no artificial anything and they are GREAT. I usually eat a bag a day to satisfy that crunchy, slightly sweet and salty snack craving.

I am so happy to support this company that has created a chip that satisfies my salty/crunchy craving without adding the inflammatory oils all the other manufacturer's use. The ingredients are clean and simple, and the chips taste good. Hopefully more companies will follow Jackson's lead.
