A: Apparently if you fry things (french fries, potatoe chips, for example), "acrylamide" may form (the high heat causes a chemical reaction in potatoes and some other foods). May be harmful? (googled)

Awesome taste and basically guilt-free.
If you like sweet potatoes, they are the best tasting chips you can buy! Guilt-free snacking on top of that. I mean 3 ingredients, two of which are, or derived from, "superfoods". What's not to like???... BUT too expensive as I can't afford my addiction :) ... and they are ADDICTIVE!

These chips are really delicious and crispy. For sweet potatoes, they have a ton of flavor and completely satisfies that "crunchy" urge without all that fat/sodium from other chips. Highly recommend, you will be satisfied and happy!

Some are great/some not great
The first bag I bought was delicious. The chips were good sizes and very crunchy. I’ve been buying them for about a year now and it’s hit or miss. The chips in some bags they’re thick and super crunchy and others are very small, broken and greasy. This is why I’m giving the review a 3 for texture.Not sure why it’s so random but I wish they were more consistent.

These are awesome!
The only problem with these is eating them out of the open bag! I have to put a serving in a dish and put the rest away, or I would end up eating more than I intended. They are that good, and healthy ingredients also.

I bought the sweet potato chips with avocado oil at a Beale's and was shocked to know there are chips at their like this. I've been looking for some like these for months with no success finding any, but these! THESE ARE SO DELICIOUS!! I've been on a gluten, grain, and sugar free diet for the past year and therefore i had to give up my love for chips, but i am soo excited that I can buy these! Thank you so much for making these and having them available for people like me! I've come to learn to make my own snacks, but i just never made these yet, even tho they were on my bucket list to try! Thank you so much again, I am so happy to find these!!

Health wise excellant-cannot get avacado oil sweet potatoe chips with sea salt in the stores-they have other flavors -that are not as healthly and they sell out as soon as they come in-this only has 2 ingredients avacado oil (great for you) and sea salt-and as we all know sweet potatoes are great for you

Hey there! We're so happy you found our better-for-you snacks! Organic potatoes have a super sporadic growing season with a very limited yield. Most organic potatoes go straight to fresh produce markets (like grocery stores), and what's left gets divided among many food manufacturers. We do the next best thing - source Non-GMO potatoes from American farmers!

With an autoimmune condition I am limited in diet. The sweet potato chips cooked with avocado oil are so satisfying and delicious and the only snack I can have.
