Jarrow Formulas Ubiquinol QH-absorb is in an enhanced stability formula that utilizes the QH-absorb natural proliposome lipid-soluble delivery system, which has been clinically shown in humans to increase Co-Q10 levels up to 400% (3.2x) over baseline and is 3-4 times better absorbed than chewable Co-Q10 tablets.

Pills Stick to Each Other
The recent bottle I received (one of the three I purchased; the other two are still unopened), the pills are stuck to each other that I'm struggling to tear them apart. It's very inconvenient! I'm not even sure I could use them if they get too stuck/sticky. Also, I'm not sure how the other two bottles are.

Readily absorbed by this senior
Easy to swallow gelcaps. As a senior I don't metabolize ubiquinone very well, which is true for all seniors. So this product is much more readily absorbed and therefore I can count on it's efficacy to keep my heart as healthy as possible. It is also much cheaper than what I would be paying for this product in Canada
