They aren’t super loud but loud enough to drown out your coworkers. They feel good and are comfortable for using for long lengths of time. I charge them up once a week.

Solid headphones for casual gaming.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL Quantum 360X Wireless Headphones deliver good sound quality and pair easily via 2.4GHz wireless with Xbox consoles. My grandsons enjoy using them for gaming and haven’t had any complaints. The built-in flip-up boom mic is a nice touch for in-game chat. While they’re not exceptional, they get the job done and offer decent value for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Apart from the green headband cushion, these headphones are very unassuming. You only see the green when you take it off. I bought these because I wanted a pair of headphones I could use for gaming and then take to work without looking silly. This is exactly what I got. The microphone comes off and then it just looks like regular headphones. The mic quality is not great, but people will understand you fine. I wouldn't recommend it for making recordings, but for casual use and versatility, it's great. I also love how fast you can switch from Bluetooth to the dongle. If you work from home, this is great for switching from relaxing on downtime back to work when it's time, or for whatever else. I would buy it again.

They have a mesh ear cup and top so its not uncomfortable for long periods like some leather type are. Plenty of bass, treble is great. I like I can also use these for music with bluetooth on my phone. When using with a PC, XBOX or PS, I can use the 2.4G wifi usb adapter. These are also super light, feels like you're not even wearing them, mainly because they stay cool.

The finish quality is very good. I especially like the headband adjustability. The ear cushions are good quality and do a great job of keeping our ambient noises. I got these headphones for a few reasons,the house is full of gamers and we needed one set for the family room.. Each used these headphones for quite a while for both online gaming and chatting on the computer. Most common comments were how nice the audio was,how comfortable they were and how "directional" the sounds seemed to be. When I tried them on I had same results. The door slams,magazine loading,shells dropping,I was turning my head to see who was behind me! It really is amazing. These headphones are in the family game room and get swapped between the game stations and computer. Another thing I use them for a zoom meeting I had,audio was very clear.They also worked with my phone via Bluetooth! The headset is rechargeable and the battery life is excellent.They recharge via a USB C plug. A big plus is the detachable microphone. It has a jack on one end with a phono type plug that simply plugs into the left ear cup.Very easy to detach if you don't need talk. Overall I would recommend these to Family and friends for audio quality,ease of use,comfort and also the wide variety of uses for these Headphones.

I use these headphones for listening to music and my kids use it to play their Xbox games and they tell me that the sound is very clear, and the microphone is very nice and they love the padding on the end cause it makes it look professional. My dislike is low on the scale, but I do not like the build of these headphones. The lightweight plastic really makes it feel cheaply made, even if it's not. I'm nervous about dropping them on accident cause the plastic might crack open. They do feel great on my head and on my ears.

They fit so perfectly and feel good wearing them for extended periods. They also block out so much outside noise, they’re perfect for wearing when there’s other things going on. And the microphone easily attaches and detached for when you need it. The sound quality is superb, but that I have come to expect. All in all I highly recommend.

Solid quality and good lossless audio
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the JBL Quantum 360X Wireless headset mostly for work—lots of meetings and training sessions—and it’s been pretty solid overall. The sound quality is great, especially when using lossless audio. You can really hear the difference, which is nice. Comfort-wise, it’s good for about two hours, but after that it starts to feel a bit tight around my head and ears. Most headsets feel that way to me though. Not unbearable, but definitely noticeable. The mic works well for calls and virtual meetings, though I wouldn’t use it for anything like professional audio recording. One thing that bugs me slightly is the dongle—it flashes constantly, even when I’m not using the headset. It’s a small thing, but kind of distracting. A piece of black tape solves that. On the plus side, the battery life is awesome. I only need to charge it once a week, which is super convenient. I do wish it came with a travel case, but I get that this tier of headset usually doesn’t. Still, it would’ve been a nice touch. All in all, it’s a dependable headset with great audio and battery life, just a few quirks to be aware of. For the money, it works out beautifully.

Great mid-range headset

It fills the sweet spot of being wireless, but not heavy or bulky, which means I can wear it for hours on end without getting uncomfortable. It's versatile enough to be used as a gaming headset and my work headset when I work from home. The audio is what you expect from JBL and the voice quality for video calls is excellent. It pairs well with bluetooth, however for heavy duty video calls or streaming, the included JBL dongle works better and it pairs seamlessly with it.

Amazing multi console headset with one flaw
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] JBL has a nice pair of headphones with the Quantum 360X wireless. At first glance, they appear to be a run of mill headset. They are lightweight compared to other gaming focused sets, and rather plain in appearance. The all black is nice because it doesn't scream "gaming", but it also doesn't stand out as premium looking. The gloss black around the ear cups looks nice out of the box, but quickly acquired finger prints when taking them on and off my skull. Where the 360X elevates its status is in features. For the price, you're basically getting a gaming headset that can do it all for multiple systems. The included USB type A adapter can plug into the front of the Xbox SX or the rear of a PS5 Pro for quick and easy pairing. I tested with both and had zero issues. It also supports the Nintendo Switch if used in dock mode. I did not try it with the Switch because I do not use that system online. It can also connect to PC and Mac. And lastly it can connect to any bluetooth device like a cell phone for more gaming or music listening. I think all of these feature justify the cost of these cans. The packaging was minimalist on this product. Basics included the headset, the detachable mic with optional foam cover, the USB wireless dongle, the 2m USB-A to USA-C charging cable, and basic set up instructions. The comfort is where I would knock down 1 star on these. I found the foam around the ear cups to be a cheaper feeling foam. It is not particularly soft or breathable. My ears were warm fairly quickly into a gaming session. The headband is plastic with foam and enough bend to fit my head no problem. The headband also allows the cups to extend quite a ways over a hat if you wanted. The mic is detachable and the buttons and volume knobs are all tactile and easy to reach and operate while playing. Battery life is quite long and I did not empty them in any of my testing. JBL claims 22 hours of wireless life and I think that is accurate. The length of the charging cable also would allow me to charge and game at the same time. Another nice feature is simultaneous bluetooth and gaming if you take phone calls while gaming. Performance of these was as expected for any JBL product. The audio from the 40 mm drivers was clear, loud, and packed the right amount of bass to feel impactful. There wasn't anything exceptional in the sound, but also nothing negative about it. The games I played on both Xbox and PS5 sounded equally good on both platforms. I tested the mic online with friends for both systems as well. Everyone reported that I sounded crystal clear, no cut outs or drops, and no delays. I could also hear my online friends equally as well. Overall this is a great headset. I would recommend it to anyone looking for one headset to use on multiple gaming systems and even their phone. The mic is easy to detach so you won't look like a nerd if you wanted to wear these outside for tunes. I think the price is fair for the amount of features. The only things holding them back is the comfort of the ear cups. This is subjective and you may find them comfortable. I just feel like they went cheap on the cup material for an otherwise perfect set.

All-day battery life and a quick charge feature for those last-minute gaming sessions. Also, the supplied charging cable can be used while gaming. Connecting to my Xbox was a breeze. Plugged in the dongle to my Xbox, and it started to blink green. Turned on the headphones, and that’s it. Paired up right away, and it was gaming time! Played some Gears of War reloaded, and gameplay from multiplayer and single player was awesome. Great bass, and you can hear the enemies getting closer from behind. Volume got super loud, and audio is also crisp. Voice chat works like it should, and I love that you can adjust the game audio and chat audio to your liking from the headset. Mute works with a push of a button. Especially when I’m eating a bag of chips, and the crunch can be loud. Haha! Sometimes I forget I have them on when gaming when I walk around to the kitchen for a drink. Didn’t hear any dropped single also, and I was at least 25 feet away. Connected my phone and music sounded great with good bass and treble. Can also take phone calls with the included mic. Highly recommend these to anyone looking for an all-around gaming headset. Works with Pc, Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, etc. Don’t really have any dislikes but if I had to nip pick one thing. Maybe a mini lanyard for the usb dongle. So it can be stored in more areas to not be lost.

A great headset for my Xbox
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using the JBL Quantum 360X with my Xbox and I’m really impressed. Setup was instant — just plug in the dongle and it works. The audio is awesome, bass hits hard but you can still hear footsteps and voices clearly. The mic is super clear too, my friends noticed right away in party chat. Comfort is solid for long sessions, though the ear cups can get a bit warm after a while. Battery life easily lasts me days of gaming and I haven’t had a single dropout. Overall, exactly what I wanted: great sound, reliable mic, and hassle-free on Xbox.

Solid gaming headset good for occasional music
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to try these out for online gaming as my previous headphones I had kind of seen better days. Like all JBL products the instructions were easy to follow and I had them paired up in no time. I initially connected them to my phone to compare the Fidelity with music. I must say I was not overwhelmed. High volume levels we're not achievable but I'll preface that by saying that I listen to my music too loudly. Highs and lows were good but not outstanding. The microphone works very well and easily is removed if you don't want to use it. The headphones charged quickly and held a charge for 3 to 4 hours and we're still going. They're a solid headset and I don't think you can go wrong with them. If you want better sound I'm sure it will cost a lot more.

No Compromise Gaming headphones
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids love these headphones.They say surround sound is awesome and mic is clear according to there friends they play with.I love the build quality they should hold up well over time.Battery is long lasting they havent died on them and they play for hours at a time.They work with both x box and ps5 so there interchangeable which is good no need to buy separate pairs.no complaits so far except they want another pair because they like them so much Bluetooth connected easily no issues there.
