This used to be the best lotion
I've been using this lotion for over 10 years. And it was the best for so many reasons. Curing my breakouts, keeping my skin really vibrant and moisturized. But in the recent months I've definitely noticed that the original formula for this particular lotion has been changed. It no longer helps my skin when I have breakouts (actually making it worse) and instead of the light smooth texture it used to have, it's thicker and has a weird waxy feeling now. Why was the formula changed? It was absolutely perfect the way it was. After all these years, I will have to switch brands now.

They changed the formula
I used to LOVE this lotion. You have since changed the formula and added cucumber extract. It is not as smooth and light as it was, and it is too thick and sticky now. I so wish you could go back to the old formula. I miss my lotion.

Used to be the best!
I have been using Jergens Soothing Aloe for more years than I can remember. I use it every day after showering as an all over body lotion. It went on smoothly, was totally absorbed living no greasy feeling and did not have a heavy scent. I worked for years in a medical facility and we recommended this product to patients to prevent dry skin, especially the elderly who often have skin infections that arise some dry skin. I recently opened a new bottle with the new packaging and all those great characteristics are no more. Upon first pump I could tell this is not the same lotion. It has a waxy feel and is more difficult to spread on. It does not totally absorb and leaves a tacky feel. I compared the ingredients with an old bottle I had and the ingredients are both different and in different order hence a different formula. Now me and my colleagues are in search for a different product to use ourselves and to recommend to others. Jergans, why on earth would you change a product that was so great? A huge disappointment.

My go-to lotion. Always leaves my skin feeling soft and silky. Not like those other brands that tend to leave a sticky residual feeling after. I feel very fresh and moisturized after using this on my entire body.

LOVE LOVE!
This is the only lotion I will use, now. I have spent so much money on expensive lotions, and none of them compare to this one. I have very dry, itchy skin all year round and I decided to just give this a try and it WORKS!! I haven’t itched my legs since buying this, I use it daily after my showers and it leaves my skin feeling so soothed and refreshed. I will stick with this product, it’s my absolute favorite.

Splendid lotion with light fragrance
I have been using Jergens Aloe for over a decade. Best lotion of all times. It keeps my hands from drying out from frequent washing and smells lovely, too. I am highly allergic to scents but this one is both pleasant and hypoallergenic for me. I can’t recommend it more highly.

FINALLY. . .Relief
I have recently started to notice that my skin was having these red, raised, hive-like reactions any time I would have an itch or if I just scratched myself. I'm not a medical expert but I'm pretty sure it is dermatographia which there isn't a cure for unfortunately. However, a recommendation was using aloe vera or tea tree oil. I came upon this lotion with hopes and in desperation for relief. I kid you not this lotion has been effective. I was little skeptical at first because as a black woman I'm use to products with heavier textures or has the "feeling" of moisturization so the lotion being light and not as heavy kinda made me nervous. However . . . so far I haven't itched and even when I did my skin did severely react like usual. So so so happy to have found a product to resolve such a longstanding problem. Many thanks!

Burning & hurting
Bought this awhile ago forgot I had it honestly, washed my face with water and a cloth and decided I’d give it a go, as soon as I put it on my face started burning to the point my eyes were tearing up and I had to get it off immediately.i don’t have allergies so I’m not sure what would cause this but this is shameful..
