I wear size 18W and ordered this jacket in 22W so I could wear a sweater underneath. The shoulder/arm areas are too tight to be able to do this. I should not have to order two sizes larger than I normally wear for this jacket to fit comfortably. I've waited a long time to buy this jacket and I'm really disappointed. The claret color is beautiful and the fit is good through the hips for me. The sizing in the shoulders and upper arms needs to be corrected. Someone who wears 22W normally would not be able to wear this jacket in that size. :(
