I bought this for one reason, and one reason only… My acupuncturist told me to order spleen support to help me with soft stools. It did not help at all, even though in the description it does say it helps with soft stools.

I've been taking this for bloat stomach and abdominal distention. Also notice yellow coating on my tongue. So I ordered this and took for a few weeks notice that my abdominal distention and tongue had improved. Since i do eat quite a bit of greasy food from time to time i will be ordering more to take it regularly until I can improve my diet

I have been trying different activeherb products to aid my digestion and am not sure yet if this is the right one for me. There are many medicines for many different ailments so different ones will work different for people depending on the condition. I do like to keep ezdigest on hand as that has helped me.
