Tried this as a substitute for traditional breakfast sausage. If you had them side-by-side, you would know the difference but really they have the spiciness of sausage and the calories are very good and they’re made of turkey so they’re not too bad for you.

My son was eating these daily (yes daily), but the past month he hasn't been eating them. And I agree. They have lost their spice or pepper. Shocked a 6 year old misses the heat, but I won't be buying anymore. Not sure if the recipe changed?

Where rubber “meats” the salt lick.
Cooked in a pan. Was impressed with the browning. It happened pretty quickly. Until I went to eat it and it was a rubbery piece of salty yuck.

Pieces of Leather for Breakfast
The sausages do not make oil. Not one sizzle. Lay in the pan like a piece of leather and starts burning and getting hard within a minute. I discarded the first batch thinking I did something wrong but it was the same outcome for the second try.

Purchased two packages which was a mistake. These are the worse turkey sausages ever! Rubbery, tasteless and made with very very poor quality of ingredients! Shame on you! This item truly needs to be discontinued. Both packages were trashed.

Weird texture and smell
The patties are thick and tough. They also have a rubbery texture and weird smell. These grossed us out so bad.

There are at least 1-2 bone chips in each patty. I like these because the protein content is high and the calories are low, but having to spit out my food because I'm worried about cracking a tooth is unacceptable.

They taste OK. But the size is a joke. Store was out of Kroger brand regular frozen sausage patties and I thought this would be a good alternative and bought them. They are tiny. They don't fit in an English muffin. Very disappointing and misleading.
