[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bacon is definitely a new favorite! The hickory smoke flavor is rich and delicious without being overpowering. It cooks up beautifully. I cut it in half to make preparation easier, and it helped reduced shrinkage. Nice and crispy, but not overly greasy, with just the right balance of meat and fat. Not overly chewy- perfect consistency. We do like ours a little crispy. I used it to make sandwiches on brioche bread, and it took them to the next level. Absolutely worth buying, and I’ll be grabbing it again for sure!

So Good!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's not often that I buy bacon that I actually enjoy, so this was a pleasant surprise. I both fried and baked it (dipped in flour to help absorb the fat and some of the saltines) and I liked how thick it was, that they not only did they not shrink too much when fully cooked, they also didn't come out tasting like pure salt. This bacon is delicious by itself or added to meals. I'll be buying this again in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m impressed with this bacon, I baked it to cook it and was little “fat” compared to other brands I’ve bought. While cooking my whole house smelled good, the aroma made you want to eat it as soon as it came out of the over, I don’t care for my bacon crispy but it could definitely get crisper. We use ours in salad but it’s versatile you eat on burgers or wraps. It had a very good smokiness flavor which I very much enjoy.

I always cook bacon in the oven at 400 then place on paper towels to cool and soak up the excessive grease. I used this bacon for sandwiches and they were delicious. The bacon was delicious on its own. I would buy again.

It took a bit longer to get it to that crispy texture I prefer but it wasn’t too bad. I appreciated that there was a nice marbling of fat instead of chunks that you will sometimes see in bacon this allowed for a more even texture. I also thought the price was reasonable as well and will definitely consider purchasing in the future.

The hickory flavor is amazing! The bacon cooks nicely, it gives the right amount of curl without curling up too much, allowing it to cook evenly and making the bacon just right. Whether you like your bacon crispy or a little under (all preference of course, no judgment) this bacon is sure to satisfy your taste buds, however you cook your bacon. I recommend cooking at a medium heat for about 5-6 minutes to give you the best texture. This pairs well with eggs and can also be a great addition to your plate with pancakes, biscuits and gravy, whatever you desire. You can also use it to make a delicious BLT or you can play around with different recipes and add it to a savory, comforting pasta or a hearty soup. The options are endless!
