Waaaaaay too salty
The Jimmy Dean’s sausage used to be a go to breakfast item. Not anymore. It is simply too salty. I am left trying to figure out what to do with rest of the package. What a disappointment. The packaging seems to changed as well. It is a much lighter package that tears easily. You have to be very careful tear only the package you want.

i love the blend of saltiness and spices that come in these lil sausages. i think it's the only think i really enjoy at hotels (even though they're probably not jimmy dean) but this type of sausage is my favorite and i love love love jimmy deans everything! this is particularly my go to because it simply just tastes amazing. long time customer and will never stop.

This morning we had these links with our scrambled eggs and home frys. But the sausage was so hot/spicy that we couldn't taste the eggs or finish the eating the 2 links each. Very strange as we have enjoyed this product for years. .

Recipe change backfired
My last 2 purchases of this product were dry and tasteless and I believe the reason is you removed the fat content. I understand peoples aversion to fat, however it gives meat flavor.

My 3 yr olds favorite breakfast
My 2 girls love these for breakfast. They are easy to heat quickly and it's better than just cereal or waffles every morning. It can get expensive so I buy these when they are on sale and buy several to save for several different mornings. Taste great and stores easily in bulk in the freezer. Flat box to store lots in the freezers.
