I bought this and since the day I opened the box the left side didn't work. I went to the shop where I bought it and they give me a new pair, we tried it, again brand new just out from the box, and they were again defective. The left side didn't work either. So disappointed because I really liked how comfy they are and the design but not working...

I never heard of Jlab a month ago, but now they are my favorite company. I never intended on buying headphones, but after hearing your Studiopro ANC wireless headphones, I had to buy them. I was so impressed with the company I also bought the EPIC LAB EDITION wireless ear buds. I couldn't be happier with both products.

Had 8+ months, fuggin love em. I Bluetooth connect to my work computer and use the active Noise, cancellation for Work calls, Also, help me focus when I need to get into zone completing tasks. Bluetooth connect my phone easily after work calls, has a decent range, and I’ve Bluetooth connected it to my Audio technical vinyl record player. ++ They comfy. You need these, Bruh.

I'm on my 3rd pair of just the jlab pro anc over ear. They all failed. All are terrible at call clarity. People can't hear me well. One had severe connection issues. One the right side stopped working. Thier support will replace if under 2 years but who cares. Why are so many terrible needing replaced

I received two new pairs of Studio Pro Anc. One pair is working fine. The other pair has no sound in the right side. I now have had three defective pairs of the Studio Pro. I have several pairs of your earbuds. They operate without issue and are great. I'm a bit concerned of the quality Studio Pro.

She was very helpful, however, it wasn’t my first attempt to get help, on Friday I called during business hours, and I spent more than 40 minutes listening to nonsense and advertising, but there was no one to talk to!
