It does produce a cooling feeling when worn, as intended. It is also helps to give a slimming appearance when worn as an undershirt. I ordered the shirt in white, in medium. I felt it was true to size, although a very snug fit.

I actually wear it as a dressy T. The tail is longer than a normal t-shirt too and I like that. The fabric breathes well which makes it a nice wear in the Florida heat and humidity.
