Q: How do you winterize it in freezing weather? Can it stay outside empty of water on a porch?

A: Hi - if possible it's best to bring it indoors over the winter. If that's not possible, drain all the water, remove the pump and hoses to store inside, and cover with a tarp to protect it. Thank you for the question!

Loud! Even on the lowest pump setting.
SO loud! Even on the lowest pump setting it is far too loud for indoors. The other reviewers are right and don't listen to the supplier telling them they just need to turn the pump down. I did, and that was my mistake. Mine is set all the way to low and it sounds like a bathtub filling. I won't return it but it definitely has to go outdoors. Disappointed as I bought it for the foyer.

Pump trouble.
I love the fountain, but the pumps don't last very long. I'm on my third pump in 2 years. The last one they replaced for free, but it lasted only a couple of months.

Still works after great after MANY years
I bought one Many Many years ago and it still functions except for the lights. They are enclosed in what looks like a test tube but after a couple of years they broke, so no more lights, but the sound of the water flowing puts me to sleep every night. (Also, the little birds love to splash in the top bowl)

Pretty
It’s very pretty. Seems sturdy. Doesn’t leak but for some reason I’m having to put a little water in it almost daily.

Hi - it may be that you have the pump running at too high a level, causing water splash and causing you to have to add more water. If the fountain is in a windy location you can also get water spray that can decrease the water level. And remember in hot weather months you'll get evaporation, so you may have to add water more often. Thank you for the feedback and we hope that you will enjoy the design!

Great Product. Obviously if I bought it twice !!
Purchased this item again. The first one finally gave out after 7 years of constant service here in the Midwest. We ran it 24/7 right up until it was too cold in Winter. Love the redesign of the lights in the fountain bowls . They are now flush mounted and LED. Sooooo nice for cleaning.
