Pyramid 9" High Small Zen Modern Indoor Decor Slate Stone Tabletop Fountain with Light LED Feng Shui Ball Desk Relaxation Bedroom

I bought this in 2021. I absolutely loved it and still do with one pretty big exception, eventually the water erodes the plastic center so the ball stops spinning. We only used distilled water, we clean it regularly but noticed after awhile the ball wouldn't spin and water would spill out. After inspecting we saw there's an uneven area where the water wore away the plastic. I reached out to company and there was no solution. We still sometimes use it without the ball but it's not the same. I'm considering getting a smaller stone ball somewhere but I have no idea what size may work. Really sad about this because otherwise I love the fountain. I'd possibly get another one as I really love it but the same thing will likely happen. I would love to know if anyone who has this long term has avoided this problem.

I love the look with the soft color and stones. The water sound is soothing and peaceful. It would be better if there was an on and off switch on the cord so the plug doesn't have to be pulled out each time I turn it off. It's fairly cumbersome. The ball spews water all over if filled too full. Hard to know where the level of water is to prevent this. Seems more like an out door item than indoor because of the water issue. Ball doesn't roll consistently

I have had this fountain for 7 months now and the bulb burned at month 4 and the replacement will cost me $15 (not under warranty). I failed to notice before I ordered that the fountain does not come with an on/off switch, so plug in and unplug to wall outlet to operate. Pump wire and light wire are separate so have 3 wire coming out of the back of the fountain. The sound is extremely low for a fountain and I can hardly hear it at night when everything is quiet. Construction is solid and very appealing

We are very pleased with this fountain. It looks good, works well, and lights up quite nicely. Adds tranquility to our little outside oasis. This was a good choice and good purchase for us.

Table top fountain came and all was good except the internal led light didn't work. Upon contacting the company a replacement was sent and it works. All is well and satisfied.

The motor sound doesn't overpower the gentle trickle of water, so relaxing!

The fountain looks great and works really well so far. Just a couple of comments: It needs more rocks--NO WAY it comes with the number of rocks in the picture. Also I would like it if it had an on/off switch so that I wouldn't have to unplug it when I want to turn it off. My plug is in an inconvenient spot--will have to get an extension cord.

It is lovely; however, water does sprinkle on the the floor which is problematic.

Arrived quickly and as advertised. Pretty easy to put together. Looks beautiful. Real stones and slate. Worth the money

The motor is quiet all you can hear is the drops of water. Very soothing sound. It is solid slate. I choose not to put the rolling marble ball on the top. Mine did roll around easily but it does make the water splash out a little. I prefer it with a rock on top anyway. I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again.

I bought this fountain to add a nice ambiance to my office. It looks good, the water sounds are pleasant, and the pump is quiet. However, after a few minutes the water begins splashing out beyond the container. If you remove the ball, it doesn't splash, however, you are left with a large hole in the top which looks odd.

This needed constant water, the ball on top didn't always rotate, and the pump went out within the first six months.

I would highly recommend this product. It’s a good quality item and provides a very peaceful, subtle sound of water. The only negative I can say is that it doesn’t come with many stones so buy more stones to put along it if you actually want it to look like the picture.

Just as described, easy to assemble. Runs quiet - all you hear is the water.
