Absolutely beautiful Fountain. It was super easy to put together! The pump isn't very loud at all and doesn't over power the water fall sound. It goes perfect with some nice relaxing music and was the perfect purchase for relaxation.

I put this fountain in the room where I exercise, do yoga and meditation. It went together easy and is holding up well. The only reason I did not give a 5 star is I wish the trickling water sound was louder.

Super easy to assemble and exactly what I wanted. Fountain has a soothing, gentle sound and compliments my porch setting.

I really love the natural slate and the water sound is perfect! But I had to send my first one back due to motor issues after only a week and a half! At first I was sent a replacement motor, but it was the wrong one! Customer service was excellent and the replacement was fast! My one issue with this fountain is the top doesn't seem to fit flush with the bottom and you have to wedge something on one corner to make it even! This rang true for both fountains. It needs to be level for the water to flow properly! So far my second one is working well and I hope for a long time of soothing sound!!!

Love this fountain! Perfect size, can't hear the pump...just a calm water flow. :)

The fountain itself is nice when it works correctly. The platform that the waterfall sits on is uneven and if not careful on positioning it, water will splash out. Also, water will splash out if you don't set the pump on a really low setting. And by the way, the pump did not last more than 3 months! I thought this would be something I wouldn't have to worry about constantly, but every day I'm refilling it with water. It should only be losing water 2 ounces a week. I'm losing 8-16 ounces a day! I would avoid this if I were you! Nothing but headaches when it's supposed to be relaxing!

Water pump works but the light doesn’t light up…..Not worth returning and the water is nice.

Received my fountain today. Very quick delivery. Very nice looking and substantial. Water flows quietly was hoping for louder soud but still very happy with it.

Very nice and soothing

The fountain that I received looks very much as the one pictured. Basically, I like the look, but did make custom alterations. I didn't use the drab, free-standing stones that were included. Too, I didn't care for the equally colorless stones hanging from the chains, those were removed and replaced by an interesting, water-worn rock, from my collection, that rests on the base below the flow. Finally, it was necessary to stem a leak in the pump's hose column with marine epoxy. The sound of the water, at the low flow pump setting, is pleasantly relaxing. The water is collected nicely by the basin without splashing out. The unit is easy to clean, though somewhat heavy to move to the sink; carrying the two sections separately is probably best. The durability, especially of the pump, remains to bee seen.

Beautiful high quality fountain. Motor doesn’t hum, very soothing sound, looks great in a room with low lighting, and doesn’t splash on the table. Water has a nice flow and stays within its Boundaries. I recommend running distilled water, and wiping the basin out with bleach every two weeks to prevent build up, and holes from being clogged. All in all , well built , sturdy and looks great. Highly recommended.
