Q: How do you change the light bulb

A: Hi = the MR16 base bulb is held in the housing at the top of the fountain. You just remove it from the housing and replace it. It sometimes helps to have a suction cup tool to dislodge the bulb. Thanks for the question!

Need replacement cord
I love my Buddha, however while doing some interior construction I put it away, when I took it back out, it only has half of the cord. I do not have the half that goes into the wall. Is there a way to order a new cord?

Disappointed
It’s a beautiful piece but the water just trickles. The water should flow but no matter what we did, it didn’t happen. Disappointed. Will return.

Hi - if you are having trouble with the pump water flow, try adjusting the flow setting on the pump itself. It could be that you have it set at the lowest level. If that doesn't work take a look at the pump intake to make sure it isn't clogged, as that can also restrict the flow of water. Adorable perfect for indoor apartment. Keep it on most of the day and it works great so far. Have had it only about a week so we will see how long the pump keeps working. But yeah so far so good.
