beautiful, does not leak, and the birds and squirrels love it
wonderful fountain. i bought it to replace one that leaked from day one; and that I spent years fixing with fiberglass. this one is gorgeous and super well made. it takes a lot of water to fill, which means I don't have to keep filling it like I had with my old one. very satisfied.

Magical effect
Love this fountain! It looks rustic, the water capacity is large so I only have to add water every few days. It creates exactly the effect I was hoping for. Easy to assemble.

LOVE
Love this fountain!! Been looking for a fountain that can hold a few gallons. This is by far the largest one I found, 7 gallons!! Love the sound and the lights as well.

Replacement Lights
We bought our fountain several months ago and love it. It did however have a light go out. Unlike the other person who said there isn't a replacement part, I looked into it and there is a replacement. The stock number for the fountain LEDs is 55K54. Very easy to fix, just push light up through the bowl from underside and feed the new light wiring back through the bowl and plug in. Works great!

Pump is touchy.
We bought this in February of 2022 to have for our outdoor remodel. On Memorial Day weekend, husband and I set it up. It was easy todo and we were enjoying it on the first day. Second day it was on for an hour then we shut it off. When we went to turn it back on, the pump did nothing. Husband tinkered with pump for a bit then it started to work. I hope we aren’t going to have trouble with this fountain long term.

Fit our needs exactly. Fits a specific space and provides the soothing sound of cascading water. Realistic looking finish. We live in a dry arid climate so water addition is required 2-3 times per week. Wish there was a sight gage to see water level in reservoir

Its a great Fountain (unless its not)
I order this almost (5) weeks ago and until then I would have given it a 5-star rating but today the pump stopped working (the customer service rep) was very courteous and helpful (via chat) and they are sending a replacement part. I am now concerned that in another 5 weeks the pump might fail again. I gave it a 2 because 1 (or the MAIN) part of the fountain is the pump without it the unit has no real value. I'll update in a few months.

This is a nice looking piece, and was easy to set up. We enjoyed it for all of one month - and then the LED light in the second bowl down from top, stopped working all together. Total Bummer. We know that the waterproof seal failed, and shorted out the bulb. No way to fix. Very disappointed.

Perfect size and a nice addition to our front yard.
