It is fragrant enough for a baby and does help clear congestion. It lathers into bubbles and my baby enjoyed that. I use it with Johnson's Baby Creamy Oil Aloe And Vitamin E Lotion, however it seems like it's loved by everyone so it's sometimes hard to get I'm super glad that TARGET seems to always have a couple bottles in stock. Picture is misleading, it shows the bottle with a pump but it didn’t come with that. But regardless of that, we love this! Perfect for the cold weather when your little one has a cold / stuffy nose. It helps soothe their congestion and usually helps them relax and get ready for bed. I always recommend this to every parent! Also love that target placed it in a bag and zip tied it so it doesn’t leak during shipment. *please bring these back in store!! I ordered it a while ago and it became back ordered for a week. So it took a while to arrive!
