I wish I had looked at the nutrition panel before buying. I mean, sausage generally isn't the healthiest option out there, but... Look at the information -- every 80 calories of sausage, 70 is from fat. And the look and mouthfeel of the cooked sausages really does reveal that. They were not that good.
