Pretty but not practical.
Very nicely built case of bamboo, but despite following the instruction for size, cutlery kept getting stuck in the drawer and the cutlery sections broke pretty much instantly. Also, you can't put much cutlery in each section unless your cutlery is all exactly the same and can perfectly stack up. Overall, a pretty object but not very practical.

Diagonal trays require deeper drawer
Item Fitted perfectly as per description however cutlery scraped on the top of the drawer and snagged open/close mechanism when in diagonal departments. Drawer height therefore needs to be more than advertised to use the item. Disappointed that inserts were not removable to improve functionality. Quality was really nice and would have kept it if I could have adjusted size/type of compartments. There is a hole in the market for An expandable divider tray for majority long items (spatulas, spoons, knives)

Not amazing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Woody smell, that’s not great unless you like that. Not the best artisan design - the wood should be less thick - for better practicality & fit, and it shouldn’t be lazy easy straight rectangles - the rectangular containers should curve in-words towards the base/floor of the drawer to make it easier to grab and place cutlery and it would be prettier. The price to quality ratio just isn’t there at all. 3 out of 10
