    How are these sized so poorly?

    I wear a six in basically every shoe. I got these in a 6 and they were so gigantic, I could fit my entire hand down the back. I haven't been able to order a 5.5, but as big as the six was, I doubt even the 5.5 will be small enough. They were so cute, and I was so excited to get them but they were easily closer to a 6.5 or 7. Not available to try on in my store, and I don't have time to order/ return several times for fit :(

    The sizing was way off

    I love the boot but had to return 2 pairs due to wrong sizing, I wear 6.5, so the brown pair my heel was slipping up, and the black pair it was 2x larger, Never had this problem with a journey shoe, but this was totally frustrating, you don’t know what size to get, and it says there not sold in store, so I went ahead and replaced the brown one, and see how it goes??

    These are not worth $40. There is no support at all! Like walking on a flat rock. They’re cute but don’t look like they’ll hold up for very long.

    A big Disappointment

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well that was a waste of money. The shoes are very short for a size 8 and so wide they slosh around. Somehow I expected suede boots and these are a flimsy cheap fabric. So disappointed. I wont be buying from here again.

    Great comfortable shoe

They were a little tight at first but after a while they loosened up a little and were comfortable. I really love the look of them. The color and material of them is great! I ordered a size 6 but really could have fit a 5.5. I will definitely be ordering from this place again!

    Livvy wide width low heel bootie

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect fit. Usually wear a 9 medium but always Order a wide in a boot to accommodate thicker socks. I would say it runs true to size. Love the the low heel so in the winter I can use it more like a dress shoe with my jeans. Small zipper makes it easy to slip them on quickly.

Extremely comfortable wearing for the first time. The back zipper makes an easy on off. Definitely would recommend for anyone who has restricted or limited mobility. Very pleased with my purchase.
