The three stars are for comfort. I wore these to a concert and I was expecting to not have sore feet at the end of the night but the bottom of my feet are still sore. Please improve on the padded footboard.

Very disappointed. I was so excited to get a pair of cute red boots but the first pair that came had some marks on them and not made very well. So I exchanged them and unfortunately same result so I returned them. Love many other pairs but this particular shoe was not made of quality.

All of the above mentioned in one pair of boots. I love them. It's size 6 and fits perfectly, I usually wear size 6 heels and size 6.5 flats. This pair is very comfortable even in snow and icy conditions. Highly recommended!

Purchased 2 pairs of boots, never worn them. I was away taking care of mother, wasn't able to return because of 30days rule. Stores gives 90 day returns. I won't buy again.
