Purchased these because I needed a baby Elf On The Shelf since we had a new member of the family this year. I don't recall what I paid for these, but I slightly remember thinking it was a little over priced. I feel like you could probably get these same dolls at a hobby or craft store, but I didn't have time for that. I only needed 1, but this was the cheapest I could find, and unfortunately it was a set of 3. Oh well, it served its purpose this year. It would be awesome if they'd come up with a 3 pack of multi sized elves to show how it's grown each year. My 1 year old got ahold of the elves a couple times, but the baby Elf didn't lose its hat or anything. So I would say they're sturdy, but may not hold up if it's going to be a toy that's played with frequently.
