My grandson was SO SO happy!

This bike is exceptional! Basket AND WATER-BOTTLE…with training wheels! My original order was cancelled. Because they were out of blue. So I wrote to customer service! Told them how sad my grandson was. So I ordered yellow! They delivered it very fast and to our absolute happiness the bike showed up with HIS NAME ON IT!!! A human touch from customer service at Joy Star! !!! He got the bike!!! We are so happy

This is such a perfect bike for my 5 yr old son! He picked his favorite color blue and he absolutely love this bike! He rides it without the training wheels. Great price and easy to assemble. Everything about this bike is awesome!

I am m really disappointed with this purchase. The bicycle arrived missing essential screws, making it impossible to assemble out of the box. Since my child was already excited and waiting, I couldn’t go through the hassle of returning it and waiting for a replacement. I ended up paying an extra $75 at a bike shop just to get it assembled properly, which shouldn’t have been necessary for a brand-new product. Overall, this was a frustrating experience. I would not recommend buying from this seller unless they improve their quality control and ensure all parts are included
