A: Ka’Chava is a powder with plant protein, superfoods, adaptogens, and more. Add two heaping scoops (62g) to 12 ounces of cold water and ice cubes if you want. You can either shake in a shaker bottle or blend in a blender to make a smooth and creamy shake.

The chocolate has a bitter aftertaste that is not pleasant, but if you drink it quickly it is not insurmountable. The Chai flavor is better, but not great. The return policy is not very good, so make sure you want it before you order.

Delish and versatile. Works great for balanced energy and regularity too. I add walnuts, spinach and blueberries to mine. So good and holds me dinner with a light snack between.

Great Product - Not so Great Customer Service
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I reached out to Ka’Chava’s support regarding a subscription order I placed on a Monday morning that still hadn’t shipped several days later. The initial bot experience was fine, but once I connected with a human agent, I received contradictory and unclear explanations about the delay. First, I was told there was a fulfillment adjustment causing the issue but then later, I was told my order wasn’t actually part of that issue and was “still within the timeframe. ” I repeatedly asked for clarification on whether the order would arrive by the promised 3–5 business days, but the responses were vague and inconsistent. When I asked if the order could be expedited (since the delay wasn’t on my end), I was told no; they only expedite after the delivery window has already passed. Essentially, even when Ka’Chava drops the ball, there’s no proactive solution, and I had to catch the issue myself. It’s especially frustrating as a subscription customer who relies on timely delivery for meal replacement. The agent was polite, but the lack of clear communication, accountability, and any real solution made this experience disappointing
