The chai is the best flavor, in my opinion, and I sometimes add a tablespoon of instant coffee granules to the shaker to make it a dirty chai… so good and extra energy, too!

I feel reasonably full and satisfied after drinking the normal amount. Chai is my favorite, chocolate is okay for a change, coconut chai was okay, but not great. This is my favorite flavor of Kachava. I do like the ingredients. My only suggestion is that for the price point they are at, this should be organic. I mainly use this as a mix in with smoothies.

Bought 2 bags choc. and vanilla alos got the samples. I just don't like the taste and constancy. Used water and its a no go. Tried with milk and it's not doing the trick. Even gave it to my husband. He's like Mikey, and will almost eat or drink almost anything. Even he was not impressed. I had the product for a while and too late to return. . Maybe I can find some one to give it to. Too bad it didn't work out. no
