Completely lacking in flavor when compared to the previous recipe, and the texture has been utterly ruined. Really disappointing that they replaced Toasted Berry Crisp.

Toasted Berry Crisp -- this "was" my favorite cereal I have ever eaten, BY FAR. The new formula could not taste worse. I just don't understand how Kashi can take such a wonderfully tasting cereal and turn it into something that is now tasteless and truly not edible. My wife and I drove 20 miles to the nearest store where we bought 5 boxes. Now we have to waste gas and take all the boxes back. PLEASE take the time to pour two bowls, one of each, and sample it yourself. You have to eat this cereal to understand how absolutely bad it is. Please Kashi, take the time to write me back and explain why you all could make such a horrible mistake and not rectify it! Read all the reviews, they sound like mine! I hope to hear back from you.

I've been a loyal Kashi customer for over a decade, consistently choosing your cereals for their quality and nutritional value. However, over the past few years, I've noticed a decline in quality most recently with the Toasted Berry Crisp. Today, I bit into a solid 2-inch mass that nearly cracked my tooth. It was painful and frankly alarming. I'm disappointed. This experience makes me question the care going into the product these days. I hope Kashi takes this feedback seriously and prioritizes quality control moving forward.

You would think maybe Kashi (Kellogg's) would notice that all of us who loved the old versions of Crisp cereals (berry and cinnamon for me) are no longer buying their cereal because the new formula is garbage! I ended up finding a completely new cereal brand that has just as much protein and fiber, less sugar, and doesn't make me think I'm eating slightly sweetened burnt cardboard. Start listening to your customers!

I am so sad I can not find toasted berry crisp anymore. For years and years I had been eating that cereal for the health benefits and it tasted so good. I bought the mixed berry crunch to try and I feel like I'm eating granola. I guess if you like granola you will love it but I am not a fan. Please bring back toasted berry crisp cereal. I would rather have less high quality berries than lots berries you find in cheap cereal or granola :(

I have enjoyed the old version of the cereal for years and always kept several extra boxes on hand. Please bring back the old version. The new one leaves a burnt aftertaste in your mouth. This new formula/recipe is disgusting. There’s no other way to describe it. I bought 4 boxes because I eat the Toasted Berry Crisp formula every day. Opened the first box only to learn that it’s not just new packaging, it’s a whole new recipe and it’s horrible. I’m dumping the box I opened and returning the other 3 boxes. This just tastes like puffed rice. Not my thing, so let me know if the old Toasted Berry Crisp recipe is ever brought back.

Toasted Berry WAS my every morning cereal to mix into my cherry or blueberry greek yogurt until now. Totally disappointed in the new recipe! Tastes burnt, even the berries are shriveled and almost non existent, the texture is unbearable and it is hard on the teeth. I thought I finally had my perfect cereal but alas, I am now on a hunt for a new one! Goodbye Kashi....unless you bring back the old recipe!

I once tasted cattle feed when I was a child so I can speak from experience when saying the “new and improved recipe” tastes worse than what we feed cows. What was wrong with the old recipe?? Who in their right mind tasted the new product and said “yup, that’s an improvement!” They ought to be fired. Bring back my toasted berry crisp!!!!!!!
