A: Hi, the plastic frames of the Adlynn collection may contain small levels of phthalates, specifically Di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate, commonly known as DEHP. While fully within the US regulatory limits, the California Prop 65 law requires a warning label advising a consumer of possible exposure.

Damaged right out of the package
The pictures frames I bought came damaged. The back board of the photo wouldn’t even close shut to hang the photo & they put staples through the pieces of the photo frame needed to hang the photo and close the frame. It honestly looks like someone used it & damaged it, returned it and it was just sent to me after that. Almost 100 dollars spent on pictures frames for broken frames is so upsetting.

No hardware to hang
These are very pretty frames but there is no hardware to hang them on the back. There are sporadic d-rings but not two on any one side where you could even attach a wire. Just makes it so much more work to hang them than just buying a different frame would be.

Wish I could return
I was excited about these, but they are not even close to living up to my expectations. After opening them, I removed the multiple poorly placed staples that went into the frame, ripped out some of the clasps for the back of the frame. But worst of all, the glass broke on one of the frames. I went and bought another glass to replace it and as I carefully added the picture to the frame with the new glass, it broke again! I can't help but think this happening twice is a faulty frame. Wish I could return.

These are lovely and expensive looking, but be aware that the glass is glued to the frame and is not removable. The mat does come out, but the glass does not.

These frames are absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I was looking for. They are the perfect paint color and excellent quality. I’m so happy they were re-stocked and the company graciously reached out as soon as they were available. protective packaging ruins the frames
Frames are nice but protective packaging is stapled to frames. As one tries to remove the packaging, the frames get ruined. Shocking.

Overpriced and poor QC
The frames are beautiful but WAY overpriced, especially for the poor quality control. There are protective cardboard pieces fastened over the corners and hooks with long staples. On every single frame at least one of the staples goes through some of the little tabs that keep the photos and backings in place. You have to use needle nose pliers to remove them and if you’re not very careful they will rip the tabs and tear some of the frame backing off. The front of the frames also scratch easily which can add to a more rustic look but if you’re hoping for a smooth even finish these aren’t it. The frames are exactly what I was looking for but are not worth the cost and hassle. Keep looking.

Not impressed
The color of the gold is nice but it’s scratched in places all around the frame. One came completely shattered. The other two came with thick pieces of cardboard that were stapled to the back, so I had to pry off industrial staples to be able to put anything inside of the frames. Some parts of the frame also got ripped from having to take the staples out (one was stapled through the tab closure, so that came off in the process of removing the staple). That’s when I discovered that the cutout in the back of the frame also doesn’t go through all 4 edges. Super disappointing for the price and will be returning.
