These are really quite good! Now if you think you're getting a "traditional name brand English muffin", no. They're different but they're really good. Satisfies my English muffin craving. Great texture, great taste, no grit. Thaw and toast beautifully!

Absolutely delicious!! I love them. Satisfying for breakfast, sandwiches or even just toasted with cream cheese, or jelly or just buttered. They are the most consistently made bread product- they taste the same box to box and the texture is the same from box to box.

Too difficult to slice!

I ordered a case of the Cinnamon Raisin English Muffins and one box of the regular English Muffins. They are so difficult to slice before toasting, and so thin, that I've had to just toast the whole muffin un-cut, which then doesn't provide the texture for butter to be spread. Wish these gluten-free muffins were thicker so they would be easier to slice!
