Thirft or Not

First of all the sweater seems to be of good quality, unique style but it came in a target poly bag with fuzz balls all of it and it looked like it was thrown or kicked in the bag. If I wanted a gentle used item I would go to the thrift store. Being able to sale your brand is a blessing but not caring about how that product is delivered isn’t up to standards. Please go back to the drawing board regarding complete customer satisfaction. You have something here, Get It Right!!!
