This warmer is perfect for when I need heat applied . I use towels to heat and wrap around my legs. Also you can put a blanket In so that you can warm your whole body. This is amazing for just getting out of the shower and applying a warm towel . I cannot wait to have all the warm things for winter .

I purchased this for my daughter for a Christmas gift. The temperature control does not work. I tried to contact the company and no one answers and can't leave a message. I sent a email and nobody responded. This is awful customer service will be returning the towel warmer to target.

This product was supposed to be at my doorstep on 12/16/24, I see it is now going on the opposite direction of where I live after it sat in PA for two whole days. I live in NH and this morning it went to OHIO?!!! What on earth is going on??!! I need it by tomorrow!!
