A: Only pure cotton or other material of clothing with a temperature resistance of 284°F/140°C or more can be heated. Placing damp or wet towels inside the product can damage it and pose serious safety risks.

Q: why does this say 5 bars? and why does it say wall mounted? Looks like it is stand alone item, not to be mounted on the wall.

A: The unit PCTLW410 was not advertised as wall mounted or 5 bars of any kind. The one that is on the website are different brand.
