We have been buying Town House crackers for years. Bring back the recipe that doesn't crumble so much. You open the sleeve of crackers and half of them break before you even pick them up.

Worst box of Town House crackers I've ever purchased. Every cracker just fell apart when you got them out of the packaging wrapper and if they came out whole, as soon as you picked one up it would fall apart. We tried to serve them for Easter, but it did not happen I purchased the Family Size and was very disappointed of the quality.

Terrible... I don't know what you did, but these ain't made by 'elves' anymore. They fall apart before you can eat them. Tried to use them at a party for a tuna salad dip, and they broke apart, leaving people holding half a dry cracker.

My husband goes through several boxes of these a week because cheese and crackers is his favorite snack. He is a very picky person and would have complained to me if he was getting bags full of broken crackers or crumbs. So, at least where I live there are no quality control problems or flavor problems. I put value at 3 of 5 stars because I feel that they are overpriced for what they are.

Hey Kelloggs, everyone is still waiting for you to change your recipe. Crackers just crumple, very difficult to get out of the sleeve. I’m not alone, half the reviews have told you. I’ll watch the nightly news for your national update when you attempt to regain your market share. In the meantime we eat them in a bowl with a spoon like your other cereals.

I have loved townhouse crackers for years with my tuna over to but here lately every and I mean every box I get I can maybe get 8 crackers out the sleeve whole. The rest just disintegrate just pulling them out the ox. It’s very frustrating. I decided to go to the internet to see if it was just me that was having this problem and Lo and behold I see that it is an overall consensus that these crackers have changed somehow. I dont recommend for anything other going in soup.
