I have been buying for years....but no more! The last 10 boxes are so crumbly the fall apart when you touch them let alone try to pick up. On this review page the pictures say it all. I will not buy again unless the company acknowledges the issue and finds a way to assure customers that the product has returned to former quality.

I have been a long time customer and love the taste of Town House Original Crackers. But I wont buy them anymore. The last several boxes all the crackers are either already broken or crumble when you pick them up. Trying to use them to pickup even the softest of dips is useless. Unfortunately I will be buying your round competitor the next time I go shopping.

I have bought Townhouse crackers for a while now. But most recently they have become basically Crumbs when trying to eat or spread something on them. They were my husband’s favorite over Rites or Club crackers. Has the recipe changed???

The last few times I have purchased these, I maybe get a cracker or two that are not all crumbly and broken up. They are also tasteless, like the recipe has been changed. I wish they would go back to how they used to be. I am switching to RITZ in the meantime.

This product has been a staple in our grocery shopping. However lately like the last 4 boxes or so approximately half of the crackers are either broken in half or even worse smashed. We love the taste but hate paying basically double for the product when half are unedited. We are definitely not the only people experiencing this issue. These are my favorite crackers, but I have to stop buying them. It is a complete waste of money. They are broken in the bag and if I’m lucky enough to even get them out of the bag, they breaking my hand before I can even get them to the plate.

One third of them crumble when you unwrap them, another half crumbles when spreading soft cheese on them, so that gives you very few to enjoy intact. I will never be able to serve these crackers to guest, (who wants to ear a bunch of crumbs?). It's been this way for the last three boxes i purchased. Very disappointed that I will have to try out other brands as I prefer the flavor of Townhouse.

I don’t usually do this. But these are such crappy crackers that I have to come to this website and leave a review. They literally fall apart the minute you touch them. Half of them are not usable before you even take them out of the package. I will never never buy them again. BOOOOO!
