They do have dyes in them which many people don’t like. I think they are good to eat dry or with milk. Crunchiness and taste is great- with a sugary fruit punch maybe some citrus flavor. Smells like a corn cereal and can rely on it to help with hunger for the morning when needed or even as a snack!

It’s crunchy by itself and soft when you eat it with milk. Which I actually don’t like milk and only have it with cereal because you can’t even taste it with fruit loops. All you need is a bowel, spoon, milk and fruit loops super easy to prepare!
