I'm one of those strange creatures who downright REFUSE to pay $40 for drugstore face lotions. Things've been a bit tighter than normal, too, so I made the leap and tried Goodfellow's Kelp & Sea Mineral Face Lotion as a temp stand-in for my e.l.f. Wrong move. Even though the tropical storms, etc. have left us on the E. Coast feeling like a wet dishcloth is over our orifices, this lotion didn't do a darn THING to moisturize my skin. I don't have super-dryness at all-sometimes quite the opposite, hello August-but using this, I sure feel like I now do.

This moisturizer works really well for my skin. It moisturizes my skin without making it greasy. I have dry, sensitive, acne-prone skin and this moisturizer has never caused me any issues. It doesn’t affect the longevity of my makeup because it absorbs well into my skin. It’s silicone-free so it actually absorbs instead of just sitting on top of my skin. I love it. I use this one at night and use the one with sunscreen during the day if I go outside.
