I received my package and the box is smashed record case is all bent

Solid piece of vinyl, came in okay condition, the packaging job was poor and damaged the corners a bit. Wanted to keep it sealed technically doesn’t qualify now.

I ordered this cd and there wasn’t anything wrong with the shipping carrier, because it come just as the date said and the 2nd one came even a few days earlier, but I’ll get into that later. When it got delivered, it looked brand new and was sealed without any scratches, but when I put it into a player, it wasn’t being read and when it was, it would start skipping through by 10-30 second at a time and completely confusing the player. I requested an exchange and it got approved, so they sent me another one, which I ordered only 2 days prior, so props to UPS for being so fast. But when I opened just the package, not the seal of the cd, the plastic of the case was slashed with a knife along with the seal being sliced and kinda further ripped open, it couldn’t have been during shipping because the envelope it came in is in perfect conditions without blemishes or rips, and it had to have been before they sealed the cd itself because the jewel case has 2 slices, one where the seal was also ripped, and underneath the seal. Meaning, that before it was wrapped in plastic, someone sliced it with a knife or box cutter, then sealed it, and then sliced it again. So that is a cd I have that does not work, and a damaged case. Is this cd just hated so much that I can’t get a functioning, properly sealed cd? Idek if this is a target problem but wherever yall get your items from, you better either fix this and prevent it from happening, or find someone else that provides BRAND NEW cds, not “they weren’t opened yet” cds

Package arrived safely to me

Thank you. The order was on the time. The vinyl package was very secure in the target box. Excellent Job for make experience GREAT.

This album came in a large box that was smashed in multiple places, the tape barely hanging on. Inside was a piece of bubble material that surprisingly worked slightly. Album cover was dented in 2 places and on a corner. Albums should come in a flat, thick media mailer just like Amazon does.

I absolutely love this album! The vinyl was pre-ordered and it arrived slightly early. The grey target version with the gnX spokes on the b-side is magnificent
