Beautiful Bike - Shippong Could Improve
The bike is beautiful and I can’t wait to start riding it regularly. My husband said the assembly instructions were a little confusing but he figured it out. The bike has a smooth ride and the seat is comfy. Kent needs to work on their packaging. It arrived with two fairly deep scratches in the paint on the frame, likely from the a pedal or the kickstand rubbing against it. Kent has no touch up paint available.

Nice-looking, retro appeal in affordable 3-speed!
The Kent Retro 700 is good-looking, solid bike and seems a nice addition to my road bikes, this one for errands and local trips. It took longer than expected to put the few pieces together, and then a valve on the front tire blew in inflating, so a new tube was needed before riding. I’m getting used to the 3 speed shifting which is a bit slow to engage, but we shouldn’t expect the same as from an Ultegra! This bike is going to be my little workhorse for local shopping and short trips in town!

Nice bike but....
I like the bike but putting it together was not as easy as I was expecting. The instructions are incredibly complicated. Had to pay someone to sort out the breaks for me. If I realized this I would have gone to a store and bought a bike pre-made.
