Ruined Christmas. Never buy from Kent!
Ordered this for my granddaughter's first bike and it arrived in a crushed box with multiple scratches. Customer service flippantly told me to use fingernail polish to repair it! Had to take it to a bike shop to unbend and assemble it. Will never buy from Kent again.

Box arrived trashed. It had a large hole in the side and looked like it had been opened before. There was nothing new about the bike inside. It wasn't wrapped or secure like a new piece of equipment. As I pulled it out we instantnaly saw multiple white secitons on the fram where the paint had been scraped/gauged off. We put it back in the box and returned it promptly. Very disappointed in the qualitiy control. If a box looks that bad, the seller should have never sent it. I will attempt one last time to reorder the same bike, but if it is in the awful condition, we wont be purchasing bikes from target anymore.

he box being destroyed is due to poor handling by whichever shipping company the retailer used. Please contact the retailer for a return or exchange.

I really like this bike!
I felt very confident with my daughter trying out this bike. She rode it a little shaky but after a few she was sailing.
