To open, use pointed end on cap to puncture seal. Wash feet with cleanser and warm water and dry completely before applying. Gently massage into skin until fully absorbed. For faster results, cover the skin with cotton socks after evening application. Apply daily. Regular use will protect skin and prevent dry feet. Benefits seen in as little as 2-3 days. Q: Can you use this product in the morning or is it just for use at night
A: Apply a thin layer 2 times per day for the first week of use, once in the morning and once at night directly to the affected nail and under the free edge of the nail (toe or finger nails). After one week, continue to apply once per day at night for a minimum of eight weeks total.

The ointment should be massaged gently onto clean, dry feet, including the affected areas around and under the nails, until fully absorbed.
