Kerastase Premiere Concentre Decalcifiant Ultra-Reparateur Hair Treatment

Bought the travel sizes for going on holiday and in the set of three was the bonding pre shampoo!!I have literally used this product 4 times and my scalp was left feeling itchy and a burning feeling,my hair started falling out in clumps and I have nearly lost all my hair.I am absolutely heart broken!I put my money and faith in to purchasing quality hair products which were highly recommended by my hairdresser!!!I really would not recommend this product to anybody!!!!🚩🚩🚩🚩

I believe product is not bad, but for me it didn’t work, got allergy from it (I bought pre shampoo shampoo and conditioner) but unfortunately after 3 weeks using my scalp became itchy and dry, I still didn’t realise that it is from this particular range of shampoo and after my hair started to fall in clamps ( it is scary, as it will take me long time to heal them and grow back what has fallen out. My advice if you experience itchiness discontinue it immediately, do not wait. Damage is horrible

I’m a hairdresser myself, I was sooo excited about trying this product as my hair is damaged from so many years extensive lighting. However, I love the shampoo and the mask, along with the leave in premiere products. I was really let down by the pre cleanse, especially as it felt like such a crucial step. Every time I use it I have hair fall like nothing else, I only ever experience this when I use the pre cleanse.

I thoroughly enjoyed it. My dyed hair is a lot better. I wholeheartedly recommend it. I've always used Kerastase products since I was younger. I believe my hair benefits from this high-quality, luxurious treatment. Many thanks for another fantastic product.

I bought the full Premiere range as an attempt to revive my very damaged bleached hair. I did get a hefty trim of the ends and have used the range a total of 3 times so far. I have 2B curls/waves, thin but a lot of it, very porous and frizzy. I do feel the need to heat style my hair smooth and that is where I have really seen the difference. It is shiny, soft and smooth already and not like my old straw bird's nest it previously was. Highly recommend the range or even part of the range of your budget allows it. So far I have found it really good value for what it has achieved with my hair. This was my last stop before a pixie cut.

Noticed an improvement the first time I used this. My hair is thick, dry and wavy, as well as being menopausal. I live in an area with dreadfully hard water, constantly descaling the kettle but I didn’t ever consider the effect this was having on my hair, I used the pre-treatment, shampoo, and conditioner and immediately noticed how much softer and shinier my hair was, it’s miraculous and I’m in love!

First of all it came in a nice ,premium feeling packaging. The texture is nice, smells good (not a strong one which is okay). It's easy to apply too and instructions are easy to follow. The first result won't be a massive transformation but it will overall help your hair to get stronger and it helped my curls to come back close to their original shape when used with the full treatment products (it takes time to heal a damaged hair, especially if it's almost destroyed by bleach). I'm overall happy with the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pre-shampoo treatment has a very nice scent. It needs to be left on wet hair for 5 min (which took me a while to get used to). I had a chance to try it for nearly 3 weeks and the difference in my hair is massive. From very dull, dry, and breaking off easily, due to chemical and heat damaged hair, I ended up with silky, smooth and glossy looking one! Highly recomment to everybody who wants to have healthier looking hair!

It nourishes the length of my hair and protects it from the shampoo that usually dries my hair and makes it look dull. I feel my hair is clean and smooth after every use. Since it's applied at the same time as shampoo, it's amazing as it provides a solution for each hair section. My hair looks healthy, shiny, and smooth. It hasn't looked this good since I started dying it, so it's impressive.

It easily applies on the hair and instructions are easy to follow. Makes shampooing hair so much easier. However, I didn't notice any changes to my hair after religiously using it for 4 weeks. It could be that my hair is too damaged to revive, however, I was hoping to see some improvement in my hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never tried this brand before and I was special of how it would work on my curly / wavy hair that’s very dry/ frizzy and damaged from colouring it. I found it worked really well and made my hair feel soft and nourished.
