I love the lights. Not only did I catch them on sale, but I was also able to apply a coupon which gave me a final price lower than any other competitor, by far. but the whole experience was a headache and a half... I ordered two of the same lights and they sent me one correct one and one light of a completely different style. Three times, I called to get this corrected! The first time, they sent out a correct replacement, but no return label for the original incorrect light. The second and third time, I had to take pictures of the original incorrect light and wait for an approval and eventually a return shipping label. Finally a couple weeks later, I received the return label. The product is great, the price was awesome, and the shipping was fast. But the number of times I had to call and time it took to get the return label was crazy.
