Q: Where QR code to scan to hook up? Can't find on camera..I looked at 3 of them I bought but can't find. Tried doing manually, no luck, do I choose floodlight camera for choice of what kind vehicle. ThN
A: Autocorrect 😁 I meant for manually set up it’s flood light, even though it automatically goes to battery camera. It’s 2.4G. It’s been a week & I still can’t get it. When I press reset doesn’t flash red but does make a funny sound. When I hold QR on my screen to camera & it’s suppose to make sound it doesn’t.
submitted bymimi - 2 months agoA: You can search for "CloudEdge" in the App Store or Google Play. After logging into CloudEdge, select "Add Device" and follow the on-screen instructions to add the smart camera to the app (during configuration, ensure the smart camera is close to the router). Note: If you need to reselect a WiFi network, press and hold the "RESET" button for 5 seconds. The device will restart, and the indicator light will enter a blinking state.

Q: The adjusting arm for the speaker, lens, microphone, PIR and the status light, popped out when trying to adjust it but won't pop back in, how do I pop it back in? Or do I have to take it apart or is it just a defective? Shouldn't you be able to adjust it?
A: If it's the part below the camera, loosen the screw, push it back into place, and then tighten the screw to reposition it. If it's the lamp head, then it's broken.
