Specially designed for sensory needs, this item features flat seams and no tags to eliminate abrasion against the skin. Seams are intentionally chosen to withstand high level activity without irritating the skin. Garment care and size information is provided through heat seal labels, not itchy tags. This pack includes two pairs of full-length, reversible pajamas in green and blue, both designed with a zipper closure with a top snap for easy dressing.

Use the tips & visuals in this guide to make taking your child's body measurements easy-peasy.

Dont have a fabric tape measure? Use a shoelace or pant leg to measure. Then, lay it flat & use a ruler or tape measure to get a numerical measurement.

How to measure

  • Height

    Have your child stand in front of the fridge.Mark the top of the head with a magnet. Measure a straight line from floor to magnet.

  • Chest

    Have your child make airplane arms. Wrap tape measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping it level & snug.

  • Waist

    With your child bending to one side, measure the point where the flexes naturally. keep the tape level & comfortably loose.

  • Hip

    Have your child stand like a tall tree with feet together. Measure a level line around the fullest part of the hips & seat.

  • Inseam

    Take a pair of pants that fit your child well. Measure along the seam from crotch to leg opening.

    Rarely in stock!

    These PJ’s are great for my special needs son but Target rarely has the larger sizes (10-12) in stock. Please Target keep these in stock on a regular basis in all sizes to serve families who need these! I’m constantly checking the website to see if they’ve been restocked and am more often disappointed.

    Lifesaver for special needs kids!

    These pajamas have been a lifesaver for my son with a gtube and autism. He can’t escape or pull out his gtube. The XL is getting too small. I really wish Target would make XXL and adult sizes! We’ve tried other brands but none compare to the quality and comfort of these!

    Great for Kids with Autism

    I’ve been using these for my son for a long time and am so glad to see they’re back in stock, and in fun new colors! My son has autism and it’s great to have these zipping in the back to keep him from undressing. Our otherwise would get his overnight “underware” off or twisted, leading to pee accidents in the bed. Would love to see sleeveless/short sleeve unionsuits for summer!
