Misleading photo. "one size fits most" is a stretch.
This is cute, but barely fits my petite child. She wears a size medium/8 slim and this is snug. The hood is too small, the ears lay flat, they don’t stay up, and the neck and wrist are held together by Velcro. Very different from advertised photo. Returning tonight and praying we find her a backup option the night before Halloween.

It’s a really cute design in theory—using it as a witch cape with the hood down for my two year old who wanted to be “purple” for Halloween. Other reviewers are right—cheap looking purple fabric and off fit, two year old size neck and arm holes with length for a 6 year old. It’s cute as a full length cloak for two year olds though.

Not As Pictured
I also received one with pre-tied ribbons that fasten with a small piece of Velcro; on the wrists and neck. You cannot have the neck fastened with the hood up, it's too tight. The hood is very very small and barely fits my 7 year old. She loves to wear this though and isn't aware it's not as pictured. Target needs to update the picture or re-do this one because I would've loved to have been able to tie the ribbons myself.

Nothing like the picture
The product picture shows beautiful long ribbons that tie across the chest and arms, but this is NOT the case. When I received the cape, I was disappointed to find that the ribbons were pre-tied, sewn bows with a tiny square of velcro to connect the neck and arms, making it extremely tight fitting, practically choking. Same with the arms, barely fight around my child's wrist. The hood on the cape is overall very small. The purple color is also very dull and sheer in person, not bright and shiny like the picture. For $20, I expected more. Very disappointing.
