the elastics on the hats are too big for most stuffed animals heads and velcro is useless. I will have to sew them to be tighter to fit their heads better.

This is a neat toy. The cake can slices can be with the rest of the cake or unvelcroed to be put on the plate to be ready to eat with party hats to go along. It's nice and soft and easy for even the youngest kid to play with.

Even the packaging is adorable if youre gifting, it looks like a cake box with a clear window on top to view whats inside.
