Q: Caddy won't adhere to the shower's tile walls even when moistened with water. Another reviewer mentioned following the directions. My caddy did not come with any instructions. Please post directions.

A: The directions came on the back of the label that was adhered to the item when you bought it. Clean shower wall with alcohol - let dry - clean the suctions with alcohol then adhere.

Clean desired mounting location and suction cups with rubbing alcohol. Allow to air dry. 2. Rinse inside of suction cups under warm water. Shake off excess water. 3. Slide a suction cup hook through each slot on sides of basket. Lift each hook up to firmly secure to basket. 4. Avoid grout lines. Firmly push each suction cup button toward wall to lock in place. To remove, pull release tab to disengage suction. *Please note: Works on smooth, non-porous surfaces, including glass, tile, metal and fiberglass. Not for drywall or painted surfaces. We hope this helps with getting the caddy to attach. - Stacy

Q: I followed the directions and mine still won't stick to the wall. It's the top two suction cups that won't stick but the ones closer to the bottom do stick just fine. Any tips or tricks I can try?

Despite having 4 large suction cups, this caddy just doesn't stay up. We tried three times (in different corners) and it always comes undone within 10 minutes and falls into the tub. And we didn't even load anything in it yet. So this will be going back to the store.

I've been looking for a new 'toy organizer' for my girls' bathroom and this is absolutely perfect! I've read all of the other reviews because I am a review freak and now that I own it, I'm not sure why the reviews are so bad? I followed the instructions to the T and haven't had any issues. I'm aware that maybe they just don't stick to tile that well or certain surfaces? It's held up perfectly for us. I've bought so many "organizers" for the tub and this one is literally the BEST. It may not be advertised for 'toys' but it works and I'm going with it! I loved it so much I had to buy another one!
