Unlike other reviews, ours did not break and is very sturdy. Our 4 year old daughter is not gentle with it and it feels like it will stand up to her wildness. Goes perfect with her Donatello costume for Halloween.

Broke in the first 5 minutes.
We were so excited to open and use this. We loved the size of it and the look of it but it literally broke less then 5 minutes after putting it together. My son was devastated. For the price, it should be made way more sturdy. Don't waste your money.

Not Worth the Sadness It Causes.
Like the other reviewer, our staff also broke while screwing is together. The disappointment for my son was the worst part because the detail on the staff matches the Mutant Mayhem Donatello.

Broke within minutes
My four year old daughter broke this within three minutes of the package being opened. She says she “stretched it behind her back.” She is not especially strong. It is very poor quality and not at all durable. It was for my 8 year old son’s Halloween costume but since his sister was able to break it, I’m sure it wouldn’t have lasted long with him, either.
